Matthew has over a decade of admissions experience at highly selective colleges, most recently at the University of Pennsylvania where he served as Associate Director of Admissions, International Management where he oversaw applications from the Mid-Atlantic and southern U.S. states, China and Canada. Prior to Penn, Matthew was Assistant Dean of Admission at the College of William & Mary and Admission Counselor at Sarah Lawrence College. He is a graduate of Tufts and Penn with degrees in Political Science and Education Entrepreneurship. He has traveled to 24 countries and is an avid skier, hiker and bicyclist.
Nicole has two decades of experience in international program and curriculum development. She most recently led a large, globally distributed team for McGraw Hill International and Professional as a Director of Curriculum for a groundbreaking engagement with the UAE's Ministry of Education. She began her career in education by teaching English and Theater in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Nicole graduated with Matt from Penn’s Education Entrepreneurship program in 2016 and holds additional degrees in theatre and education. She's a wife and mother of three boys who are constantly expanding her perspective.
Rod has over a decade of admissions and financial aid experience from Columbia University, Brown University, Wesleyan University and Hampshire College. Since 2007, he has helped more than 500 students from the US, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Singapore gain admission to Top 25 universities. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in higher education and currently reviews applications for the Gates Millennium Scholarship Program. His expertise has been featured in multiple national outlets like NACAC, CBS Evening News, National Public Radio and The New York Times. Rod and his partner are both educators and enjoy international travel.
